Valve Announces Dota 2 Tournament
On August 1st Valve gave us some new information on Dota 2. It is apparently ready to play. They have announced a tournament at Gamescon in Cologne, Germany August 17th-21st. The tournaments prize? 1 million dollars to the top team. Yes, that is 1 million, not thousand, not hundred thousand, but million. Full details about the tournament at:

This marks a huge moment for Dota fans. Ever since it was announced Dota 2 has been a hotly anticipated game and thousands will tune in to watch this first glimpse of what this game will be.
